Job Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments to patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address individual needs and goals
- Use evidence-based techniques to improve patient outcomes and mobility
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-management strategies
- Supervise the activities of a physical therapy assistant when required
- Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and progress notes
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Completion of orientation required by company policy
- Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment
- Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment
