This is a full‑time on‑site Construction Foreman role located in Aberdeen, SD. The Construction Foreman will oversee day‑to‑day construction site operations, including supervising crews, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project quality standards. Responsibilities also include operating heavy equipment as needed, ensuring efficient use of resources, and resolving any on‑site challenges to meet project goals effectively.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Carpentry with an understanding of construction techniques and practices.
- Strong skills in Quality Control to ensure all projects meet company and safety standards.
- Experience in operating Heavy Equipment and managing equipment on construction sites.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- A background in Civil Engineering or relevant construction experience is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage teams, meet deadlines, and solve on‑site challenges.
- A valid driver's license and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
