Responsibilities
- Execute AMD Control Room operations, Process monitoring, and beyond operations: minor maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Report plant status, production quantities, product quality and other information concisely and accurately at shift handover.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations, Ensure housekeeping requirements are met, Prioritize assignments when necessare, Assist in training and cross training of operatiors, Support all business needs witha professional, positive attitude, Collaborate teamwork by being cooperative and respectful, leading by example, participate in Process Safety Management (PSM) Management of Change (MOC), Mechanical Integrity (MI), Preventative Maintenance (PM), Process Safety Step Reviews (PSSR) programs as required.
- Ensure that critical aspects of PSM,MOC, MI, PM, PSSR Programs are enforced and properly documented in the operation and maintaining of the AMD process (including AN and AMD Storage).
- Complete all nessary training Schedule.
- Requiements
- Previous Haz Mat material handling required, High school diploma or equivalent, Forklift Operator requires satisfactory completion of forklift training progrqam. Familarity with material handing is needed.
- Must be able to apply to properly operate, maintain and improve the performance of the equipment within their area of responsibility.
- Understanding and awareness of chemical and teir nature, safety and health issues etc. (DSDS's, use of PPE etc.
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task, have good interpersonal skills and effectively convey pertinent written and verbal information.
- Must have a strong work ethic, demonstrating both initative and a professional attitude.
- Ability to follow all safety standards associated with the facility.
- Good dependability, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team when required.
- Must have a willingness to learn the required competencies to be successful.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more, wear appropriate personal protective equipment and the ability to work overtime when required.
