Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Warehouse Material Handler in Aberdeen, MD.

Hourly Pay $19.67 per hour plus $3.00 when working weekend shift.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse environment and create professional relationships at all levels
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with a good attendance record
• Initiative and ability to perform work with minimal supervision
• Accuracy even under pressure
• Capacity to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs; stand for long periods; follow health and safety methods
• Availability for flexible schedules across various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Maintain accurate picking and packing; audit, tote induction, staging of products; and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Perform additional duties as assigned
