RSC2 is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team in APG! • Oversees vendor multi‑disciplinary software engineers including software architects, developers, integrators, and testers.
• Maintains full software product lifecycle management including product definition, requirements, design, integration & test, and system software deployment for PdM TSW portfolio.
• Conducts regular product updates, integration, and deployment through Research Design Technology and Evaluation (RDT&E) technology insertions and system modernization efforts.
• Supports information assurance and cybersecurity monitoring and review reporting to ensure compliance to include the development and maintenance of POA&M documents in accordance with the RMF A&A continuous monitoring process.
• Acts as Agile team product owner engaged in daily agile team execution and regular customer interaction through standups, program increment planning, backlog management.
• Conducts COTS/GOTS integration and management including license procurement and management.
• Conducts full stack software engineering, architecture and development for PdM TSWs portfolio.
• Manages sensor data orchestration through various middleware technologies including Integrated Sensor Architecture (ISA).
• Conducts full software engineering management support including patch and security maintenance, cybersecurity updates for Accreditation & Authorization, media duplication & management, remote software deployment and support, and non‑destructive software updates.
• Develops software estimates and reviews vendor proposals related to software engineering.

• Active TS/SCI.
• BS in computer systems engineering, software engineering, or similar field. Four additional years of direct relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.

  X, REDHAWK, Nimble Eagle, GEOnet, EWPMT, IEWTPT, Integrated Sensor Architecture (ISA), Swagger, GNU Radio, and JICD 4.2.
• Working understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Radio Frequency (RF) principles & processing techniques, DSP frameworks, data management and SIGINT product development & prosecution for full‑scale mission support from collector to consumer.
• Working knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming methodologies and Service‑Oriented Architecture principles and various middleware technologies to enable product development and distributed team integration.
• Experience developing software estimates and reviewing vendor proposals related to software engineering.
• Hands‑on experience planning, executing, and monitoring software activities in support product lifecycle management (acquisition through sustainment).
• Understanding of RMF A&A processes and activities in support of ATO.
• Knowledgeable of Agile/Dev Sec Ops  methodologies and tools.
