This is a 13-week contract position.

5x8 Day Shift (08:00 - 16:30) with occasional weekend shifts required.

The Utilization Review Case Manager RN will coordinate care for patients across a variety of diagnoses, ensuring medical necessities are met based on established guidelines. The role is primarily remote with some required in-person training during the first week.

• Conduct concurrent reviews and continued stay reviews.
• Determine medical necessity per evidence-based guidelines.
• Utilize Inter Qual and Milliman criteria for prior authorizations and admission criteria.
• Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and huddles via Web Ex.

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Active RN license (MD or Compact License).
• Experience with EPIC, Indicia, and Interqual systems.
• Current BLS certification.
