Senior Program Manager; Security Clearance

Overview

Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager.

• Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and supervisory duties necessary to maintain qualified staff to complete contract Task Orders.
• Responsible for overall management of each Task Order.
• Participates in regularly scheduled meetings with the Customer and Technical Points of Contact at least monthly.
• Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues.
• Regularly briefs senior leadership on program status and milestones.
• Ensures all work performed meets contract requirements and is within funding, schedule and staffing constraints.

• At a minimum, a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field. Degree must be from an accredited school.
• At least 5 years' experience managing personnel on federal contracts.
• Program Management Institute - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within the past five (5) years.
• Security Requirements:
  Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret security clearance.
• Successful pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
