Program Manager; Security Clearance

Overview

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Aberdeen, MD.

• The Contractor shall provide an appropriate point of contact (POC) who shall be present during duty hours, shall be responsible for overall management of the contract, shall act as the central POC with the COR, and shall have the authority to act upon or make decisions on all matters pertaining to this contract.
• The Contractor shall provide a local phone number for the POC and ensure the POC responds within 60 minutes during normal business hours.
• Have emergency contact information available for the POC at all times.
• Ensure the POC takes steps to ensure a thorough understanding of the ARL experimental operations and the Contractor personnel s role and performance.
• Ensure the POC has regularly scheduled meetings with the COR at least once per month. Initially, more frequent meetings may be required.
• Ensure the POC has a technical background that facilitates understanding of Government technical requirements and communication with the COR.

• Must have minimum of fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of relevant technical field.
• Must have relevant experience managing a minimum of 90 highly technical staff, with some having high-level security clearances.
• Security Requirements:
  Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.

This position is located in Aberdeen, MD. The salary range for this position is $103,000 - $123,000. Apply online here at:
