Amentum is now hiring for a Database Manager (All Levels)– CSIA position in support of the Cyber Security & Information Assurance (CSIA) Support Services office at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and Ft Belvoir, VA. This project will provide the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Research (C5

ISR) Center services to include programmatic/business management services, engineering support services, field engineering, laboratory, logistics, and acquisition / administrative support services to augment CSIA core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of CSIA and its associated Managers and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with Government project leads within CSIA.

The candidate will work closely with the client to perform the following:

• Develops, implements, and maintains strategies for data storage and long-term data preservation.

• Designs methods and guidelines to ensure proper extraction and insertion of data. Manages, modifies, and maintains existing databases.

• Creates new databases using best practices.

• Ensures the integrity of data by implementing proper database design and enforcing data restrictions.

• Monitors database performance and troubleshoots problems and issues as necessary.

• Provides data quality and integrity reports.

• Establishes data management guidelines and creates documentation for best practices.

• Coordinates and conducts research and assessment activities that provide data to support and enhance decision- making, strategic planning, outcomes assessment, accreditation, and external reporting.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.

• 1-10+ years of experience.

• 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

• Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance.

Compensation:

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $250,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.).
