Senior Financial Analyst

• Manage the full financial lifecycle of assigned contracts, including various contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M)
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to program leadership
• Oversee financial tracking of material transactions and inventory for integration projects
• Ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS across all financial activities
• Mentor and train junior financial analysts on government contracting and compliance standards

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or program control within the Aerospace & Defense or Government Contracting industry
• Demonstrated experience managing financials for a Defense Integrator or Manufacturer
• Advanced proficiency in Deltek Costpoint or Unanet
• Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS

• Expert-level Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling
• Strong leadership capabilities with a desire to mentor less experienced team members
• Excellent communication skills for translating financial data into business narratives
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential data
