RSC2 is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer who will develop, execute, and maintain software test architectures and plans in support of Product Lead Strategic Spectrum Warfare. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in software/hardware testing, test environment development, fault analysis, and stakeholder management. The candidate will be responsible for leading test efforts, coordinating with stakeholders, and producing comprehensive test documentation.

- Lead analysis, evaluation, and performance verification of hardware and software systems under test.
- Support the development of test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability matrices, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation.
- Lead formal systems acceptance testing activities.
- Present test strategies, plans, and results to internal and external customers through formal and informal reports and briefings.
- Integrate and test systems to the software/hardware level.
- Document testing issues and failures and perform analysis of test results.
- Evaluate new technologies and assess their maturity for implementation.
- Sustain and maintain test environments for fielded systems.
- Coordinate support across multiple PEOs and PMs.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- BS in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in electrical engineering.
- Knowledgeable in engineering aspects of system design and functionality.
- Capability to dissect system function(s) for application in system test(s).
- Experience in integrating and testing embedded processing systems to the software/hardware level.
- Knowledge and experience in communications systems, software languages/software testing, networks, network security, power systems, antennas, RF, and/or mechanical design and analysis.
- Experience with requirements analysis and verification.
- Experience developing test strategies, plans, reports, etc.
- Experience with software testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to present complex technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable with travel up to 25% to Army and contractor locations within CONUS.
- Experience with PEO IEW&S programs and systems.
- Experience with testing frameworks and applications.
- Familiarity with DoDI 5000.89, DoDM and/or Test and Evaluation Enterprise Guidebook.

Salary: $86,000 to $202,000 (annualized USD). Compensation range is typical for this position and is determined by factors such as location, education, skills, and experience.
