, we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused, road-ready Mobile Technician to join our elite service team. Our mobile techs are the face of our service department—trusted, skilled, and empowered.

What Makes This Role Different? You’ll travel to customers, businesses, and fleets in a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service Van
, performing maintenance, diagnostics, recalls, repairs, and more—all while delivering an exceptional on-site experience.

• Automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform maintenance, light repair, diagnostics, and recall work
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
• Ability to use Ford IDS/FDRS diagnostic software (training provided)

• Must complete all Ford-required training and certifications, including:
  • Ford STARS training
  • Ford Mobile Service training modules
  • Ford diagnostic and electrical training
  • Ongoing Ford web-based and in-person training as released
• Willingness to maintain and update certifications as Ford standards evolve

• High level of independence, accountability, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work outdoors, on the road, and in various environments
• Strong organizational habits to maintain a clean and efficient mobile service van
• Ability to represent the dealership with trust, confidence, and professionalism
