Production Operators

RSW are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join their client in the Aberdare area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products and machine minding, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and safely.

Duties

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in production to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.

This position requires the Candidate to work a 12 hour shift with a working pattern of days and nights on a 7 day week rota
