** Spare Drivers
** to join our team in
** Abbotsford, British Columbia!
**** Applicants must hold a valid Class 3 license (manual preferred)  
** This is an on-call position with no set schedule or guaranteed hours. Successful candidates must be flexible and available to support operations across all three lines of business:
Commercial Front End, Roll-Off, and Residential Collection.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Operate Commercial Front End, Roll-Off, and Residential collection vehicles as assigned
* Safely operate manual transmission vehicles and hydraulic systems
* Complete assigned routes efficiently and according to company standards
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
* Maintain route quality and safety standards as determined by management
* Maintain accurate records of services performed
* Represent GFL professionally when interacting with customers and the public
* Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
** Requirements:
*** Valid Class 3 Driver’s License (Manual Preferred)
* Air Brake Endorsement
* Must be available for on-call work with flexible scheduling
* Ability to work across Commercial Front End, Roll-Off, and Residential lines of business
* Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds repetitively using proper lifting techniques
* Ability to safely operate trucks and related equipment
* Strong commitment to safety and customer service
