You will be the frontline sales champion and technical expert in the community, serving as a trusted advisor in our customers’ homes. With your exceptional customer service and sales skills, you will help our customers fully experience the benefits of our growing suite of products and services. You’ll share our passion for leveraging our superior networks and the strength of our team to deliver unmatched value and innovative solutions to our customers’ homes, all while growing our business and customer satisfaction.
As a Service Professional, you’ll meet with customers in their homes, installing, maintaining, and supporting a range of services, including security, internet, home automation, TV, and home phone. You will also provide on‑site support, drive future growth by highlighting sales opportunities, and educate customers face‑to‑face on both new and existing products, all while increasing our sales and customer satisfaction.

We provide an hourly wage of $27.70 plus sales commissions, annual bonuses and regular increases. This hourly wage includes a base wage of $25.70 with an additional $2 per hour for the recognized skill of Aerial Outside Plant Climbing (telephone pole climbing). Extensive training will be provided. Qualifications- Passionate about sales with proven ability to exceed targets through technical expertise
- Excel at consultative selling and can turn service calls into sales opportunities
- Driven by solutions‑based selling and enjoy recommending products and services that improve customers’ lives
- Natural technical aptitude and proficiency with consumer electronics
- Strong objection handling and building trust through technical competence
- Collaborative, can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem‑solving skills and maintain high performance under time constraints
- Normal colour vision required to work with colour‑coded wiring
- Handle physically demanding workload, including standing, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, crawling in confined spaces, and working in various indoor/outdoor environments
- Flexible to work various shifts: days, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays, with possible out‑of‑town assignments
- Fluent in English with clear, genuine and persuasive communication style; additional languages considered beneficial
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Enjoy continuous learning and have the ability to learn formally and informally in a dynamic environment
- Can meet applicable testing requirements
- Proven customer service AND sales experience
- Clean and valid full Class 5 Driver's License or provincial equivalents, driver’s abstract needed
- Completed a minimum of Grade 11 Math; transcripts or diplomas required
- Any previous experience and/or education in telecommunications or security
