• Zone the department.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
• Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell‑by dates, and expiration dates.
• Adhere to food safety and handling procedures and follow sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
• Maintain features.
• Keep the area neat, clean, organized, and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.00 per hour. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
