What This Role Is Really AboutYou are the final and most important touchpoint in the customer journey. When a customer returns to pick up their RV, you are the expert who walks them through everything from how it works, how to use it safely, and how to enjoy it with confidence. You’ll also support dealership operations when not delivering RVs, making this a varied, fast-moving, and hands‑on role.
Responsibilities- Deliver full RV orientations and walkthroughs with customers
- Explain systems clearly and confidently (power, water, propane, appliances, awnings, slide‑outs, etc.)
- Make minor mechanical or setup adjustments without needing a technician
- Answer customer questions professionally and calmly
- Educate customers on warranties, accessories, and camping supplies available in-store
- Move RVs around the lot and shop (including forklift operation, training provided)
- Support the sales and service teams as needed
- Assist with RV trade shows, setup, and takedown
- Be on your feet and active throughout the day
You don’t need RV experience, but you do need the right mindset.
This Role Is a Great Fit If You- Enjoy teaching and explaining things to others
- Are mechanically inclined or hands‑on by nature
- Have experience in customer service, technical support, automotive, trades, retail, or hospitality
- Take pride in being prepared, organized, and professional
- Are comfortable working evenings and weekends during peak season (spring & summer)
- Enjoy variety, no two days look the same
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Comfort working on your feet and outdoors
- Ability to work evenings and weekends during busy months
- Valid driver’s license
- Competitive hourly pay ($23-$29/hr)
