Emergency Room Nurse

• Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off | 12-hour shifts (7:15 AM – 7:15 PM and 7:15 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Locations available: Various locations in BC!

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Emergency Registered Nurses to join our team across multiple locations in British Columbia. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ER nurses looking to contribute to a fast-paced clinical environment while enjoying a consistent 4-on, 4-off schedule.

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy, multidisciplinary environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement patient care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes in status
• Document care and progress accurately and in a timely manner

• Current RN license in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience, including some exposure to medical/surgical settings
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care

• Completion of a skills checklist
• Current BC mask fit test
• Clear criminal record check

• Incorporated ($65/hour): For individuals working through their own corporation or as independent contractors. This arrangement requires you to manage your own taxes and benefits.
• T4 Employee ($55/hour): For those employed directly, with taxes and deductions processed through payroll. You may also be eligible for certain employee benefits depending on the arrangement.
