• Follow the Care Plan, Tasks, and Daily Activities as assigned for each client;
• Ensure that you bring the Nurse Next Door “Passionate about making a Difference” mentality to each visit;
• Provide proper communication between yourself, the Care Team, and Supervisors to ensure Quality of Care is maintained;
• Successfully and comprehensively document Care Notes as indicated.

• Current CPR/First Aid Certificate;
• Negative Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector within 1 year;
• 2 professional references;
• Current HCA Registration proof;
• COVID Vaccination Proof;
• Able to work multiple shifts of 4–8 hours in the following cities:
  Surrey, Langley, or Abbotsford.

Salary: $21.00–$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4–40 per week
