What You’ll Do Lead resident admissions, discharges, and transfers Complete assessments & personalized care plans Provide medications, treatments, and wound care Use Point Click Care  for electronic documentation and MDS assessments Liaise with families, physicians , and other health professionals Delegate tasks and provide leadership as Charge Nurse Participate in care conferences and medication reviews What You Bring Registered and in good standing with BCCNM CPR/First Aid Certification Proficient in eMAR and electronic documentation Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Fluent in spoken and written English Long-term care experience preferred About The Mayfair + TCG The Care Group is a BC-owned and operated provider with 8 communities across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.
