A community-focused church in British Columbia is seeking a passionate Youth Pastor/Director to lead its youth ministry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate spiritual maturity, a proven track record in ministry, and the ability to inspire and mobilize teams. Responsibilities include overseeing youth ministry leaders, implementing programs, and managing the ministry budget. A salary of $50,000-$60,000 per annum will be offered based on experience, with opportunities for growth and development.
