About the Role
As Panago’s Social Media Manager, you’ll shape the voice and heartbeat of our brand across every digital platform. You’ll craft and execute strategies that grow our audience, engage our fans, and help make Panago the most loved pizza company. From planning big-picture campaigns to responding to individual fans, you’ll bring creativity, authenticity, and connection to every interaction.
In summary, this role is a strategy owner, community manager, influencer lead, paid social overseer, and digital asset steward.
Activities & Impact Lead Strategy & Community- Develop and execute a clear, insight-driven social media strategy that aligns with Panago’s brand values and business goals.
- Manage day-to-day social media presence across Meta, Tik Tok, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor conversations, trends, and competitor activity to proactively engage audiences and amplify our brand story.
- Act as the voice of Panago in direct consumer engagement, friendly, human, and always on brand.
- Direct the Social Content Creator to develop thumb-stopping creative that builds awareness, grows followers, and fuels brand love.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, franchise operations, creative agency and PR) to ensure consistent messaging and creative integration.
- Identify moments and movements worth joining, whether it’s pizza night at home, a pop culture trend, or a community story that reflects who we are.
- Build the Panago social community by responding to comments, mentions, and DMs in an authentic, friendly, and on-brand tone.
- Manage influencer and UGC creator programs, from sourcing and vetting to contracting, briefing, and tracking performance.
- Work with the Social Content Creator to build relationships with authentic creators who reflect Panago’s values and tone.
- Develop metrics to assess partnership ROI and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Oversee paid social boosting budgets, ensuring efficient spend that maximizes reach and engagement.
- Track KPIs including follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and sentiment to guide future strategy.
- Present monthly performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management for a consumer brand, QSR, or agency.
- Proven success growing communities and delivering measurable engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and platform best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a distinct brand voice.
- Experience managing budgets, influencer programs, and paid social campaigns.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to testing and optimization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
