They're looking for a National Dealership Marketing Manager to join their national marketing team — someone who can bring creativity, organization, and data‑driven insight to help unify and amplify their brand across all dealership locations.
Position OverviewThe National Dealership Marketing Manager will support marketing initiatives across our dealership network at a national level, ensuring consistent brand presence, effective local execution, and measurable results.
This role is ideal for a collaborative marketer who enjoys managing multiple projects, supporting regional teams, and creating campaigns that drive both brand awareness and dealership traffic — including event‑based campaigns.
Key Responsibilities National & Regional Campaigns (15%)- Support the planning and rollout of multi‑dealership marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, and events).
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, model launches, and local dealership marketing requests.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all locations.
- Support brand applications across all operational elements including building signage, truck wraps, dealership painting etc.
- Manage application process for Trademarks as required.
- Assess incoming sponsorship opportunities for brand and sales alignment.
- Collaborate with dealerships to promote sales events, RV shows, grand openings, and community initiatives.
- Develop event marketing materials (digital graphics, print collateral, signage, radio copy, etc.).
- Create pre‑, during‑, and post‑event social media content (stories, live coverage, recap posts).
- Coordinate paid digital ads, local radio, print, and email campaigns to drive event attendance.
- Track and report on event engagement, attendance, and lead generation.
- Support on‑site teams with marketing assets and guidance to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Manage and optimise digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.) with Acquisition Manager and respective agency.
- Track and report back to dealerships on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
- Support SEO and content initiatives to strengthen organic reach across all dealership websites.
- Lead monthly marketing meetings with dealerships to review performance across KPIs (e.g. market share).
- Support in the development of engaging marketing materials — from email campaigns and social posts to landing pages and print collateral.
- Assist with photography, videography, and creative briefs for national and local campaigns and events.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and brand templates.
- Support quarterly Townhall sessions on behalf of the CEO through presentation creation, scheduling and execution.
- Serve as the go‑to contact for dealership marketing needs and requests.
- Provide guidance and best practices to local teams to ensure marketing consistency and compliance.
- Support local events, sponsor ships, and community engagement efforts as needed.
- Help protect and strengthen the dealership group’s brand identity.
- Contribute ideas for growing brand awareness and improving customer experience across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and support each dealership’s consumer sentiment scores, Google Reviews and NPS.
- Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4‑6 years of experience in marketing (multi‑location or retail/automotive/RV industry experience an asset).
