We are a fast paced, production-oriented machine shop with plenty of opportunity for growth. We ship our product all over North America and are recognized as a premier brand that supports the diesel truck aftermarket. We are a growing shop looking for new additions to the team as we expand.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Programs and sets up CNC milling, lathe, or other machinery according to blueprint specifications
• Reads and interprets technical blueprints and design models and inputs the product design into the computer modeling software
• Adjusts machine settings to the desired product specifications
• Troubleshoots and maintains machines
• Tests accuracy of settings and programs
• Designs and manufactures tooling required for production
• Orders components necessary to build tooling
• Assist in the training and development of machine shop personnel
• Collaborates with other departments on R&D projects, launching new products, innovation and standardization of best practices
• Carrries out activities in the best interest of the organization
• Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function
• Typically reports to a supervisor/manager

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Red Seal Journeyman Machinist or Equivalent
• Formal Training in CNC Programming or Equivalent
• Minimum:
  Five years of production experience as a machinist in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with Lean Tools and Techniques such as 5S, Setup Reduction, One Piece Flow
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
