Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Cleaning Machine Operator to support the Rental Division. The Cleaning Machine Operator is responsible for safely and accurately inspecting mats for quality, feeding mats into the mat cleaning system, and sorting rolled, clean mats to place in staging locations for delivery to customers. Cleaning Machine Operators also perform machine checks and filter cleanings. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $17.85 - $21.33/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
