Job Overview  We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager with the ability to indirectly lead a small team of super users and to work with an external implementation partner to modernize and expand our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. It will be crucial to collaborate with functional leaders that know the business intimately but are not as familiar with the world of business systems and best practices.
This is a player/coach role and will require breadth of experience across business systems, and a willingness to help execute and manage our IT strategy and deployment.

Key Responsibilities   ERP lead internal champion for future implementation with a strong preference for Microsoft Navision or D365 Business Central experience including experience with Inventory Management and Warehouse Modules. Role will include:

Data warehouse buildout and Microsoft Fabric experience to build out the database, create reports and publish them.
Data/Business Analyst competencies with SQL query building experience for custom reporting.
Power BI competencies and experience publishing data to enable users to query data in various formats and views.
Business process mapping and recommended improvements to streamline business processes by:
