Overview

TEHORA is seeking a Senior Technology Architecture Advisor specializing in storage and backup. The role focuses on delivering architecture solutions, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and providing strategic guidance to the enterprise architecture function.

• Conduct detailed technical studies and produce executive summaries, architectural diagrams, and position statements.
• Define and evaluate storage and backup technology options, including P370 assessments and impact analyses.
• Develop enterprise architecture integration plans and ensure alignment with data protection, compliance, and business continuity requirements.
• Deliver architecture artifacts and partner with solution delivery teams to validate the design against architectural governance, security, and performance standards.
• Provide strategic direction on infrastructure, application, and platform technologies.
• Own the architecture change management process, including target architecture definition, implementation monitoring, and release control.
• Establish and maintain technology roadmaps, transformation plans, and detailed technical specifications for technology platforms.
• Lead technology research and analysis initiatives, conduct feasibility studies, and produce architecture artifacts, specifications, and technical guidance.

• Enterprise architecture artifacts, detailed architecture documents, and solution design assets.
• Executive summaries, architecture position statements, and technical briefing presentations.
• Research reports, assessment findings, and technology roadmap documentation.
• Technical specifications, data protection plans, and security assessment reports.
• Knowledge transfer plans, training materials, and usage guides.

• BS/BS in Information Technology or related field; advanced technical certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Architect) are preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of enterprise architecture experience, with a strong focus on storage, backup, and data protection technologies.
• Deep knowledge of storage platforms, backup solutions, replication, DR, and performance monitoring.
• Extensive experience with COTS and cloud solutions, and the ability to integrate third‑party tools for real‑time monitoring and automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and business‑aligned solution design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
