Detailed OverviewReporting to the Manager, Rehabilitation Services and under the general supervision of the Clinical Practice Leader, Speech/Language Pathology, performs a variety of speech and hearing duties, at various sites within Fraser Health, such as administering routine screenings and procedures, assisting Audiologists and the Speech‑Language Pathologists with patient treatments, and monitoring and maintaining inventory and equipment. Schedules patient procedures, admits and discharges patient referrals to Speech & Hearing services, and performs clerical duties as required.
ResponsibilitiesMakes preparations for procedures, such as preparing barium mixtures, and ordering, picking up, and organizing dysphagia trays.
