Babcock is seeking a talented Cost & Schedule Analyst to join our JP9101 team, supporting a major defence acquisition program of national significance.
In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring the program delivers on time and within budget. You will provide trusted cost and schedule analysis, forecasting, and reporting, helping senior leaders make informed decisions across the program lifecycle.
You will work closely with engineering, delivery, commercial and customer stakeholders, contributing to financial governance, Earned Value Management (EVM), and ASDEFCON‑aligned reporting. This role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to influence how a complex program is delivered.

To be successful in this position you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field
- Familiarity with ASDEFCON reporting requirements
- Cost and schedule analysis for projects or programs
- Forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial modelling
- Governance, audit support, and baseline management
- Advanced Excel and Primavera P6 capability
