Join Fraser Health Authority to apply for a part‑time (0.8 FTE), temporary one‑year palliative care physician role located in Abbotsford, BC. Provides Most Responsible Provider coverage in Palliative Complex Care Unit (PCCU) and Holmberg House, and consultation services to acute care and community‑based patients.

Our team seeks a compassionate physician to work alongside other palliative care physicians and multidisciplinary team. The role includes MRP coverage, acute and community consultations, and teaching with the Division of Palliative Care at UBC.

• Provide MRP coverage in PCCU and Holmberg House.
• Deliver consultation services to acute care and community patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on patient care.
• Participate in teaching activities with UBC division.

• One‑year enhanced skills residency and Certificate of Added Competence (CAC) through College of Family Physicians of Canada.
• Two‑year Royal College subspecialty in Palliative Medicine.
• CCFP, CCFP (PC), CPSBC Full additional preferred.

Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre – 280‑bed, UBC‑affiliated hospital offering medical, surgical, obstetric, pediatrics, renal, cardiology, tertiary palliative care, 24/7 emergency services with ~80,000 visits annually.

Alternative Payment Plan; eligible for up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement; MOCAP – On Call Payments.
