Who We’re Looking For:

Schedule: Full-Time;
Monday to Friday

Compensation
: $70,000-$100,000 annually

What your day will look like:

· Customer Service:
Provide top-notch service by listening to customer concerns and understanding their needs

· Inspections and Quotes:
Perform thorough multi-point inspections and compile accurate quotes using MPI Software

· Warranty and Contracts:
Verify warranty coverage and explain coverage and exclusions to customers.

· Communication and Follow-Up:
Maintain effective communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle's status.

· Maintenance Recommendations:
Use your expertise to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer descriptions and service history.
