About the Role

As Panago’s Social Content Creator, you bring our brand and our products to life through creativity, storytelling, and craft. From Reels and Tik Toks to behind-the-scenes moments and scroll-stopping posts, you’ll help show the world what makes Panago the most loved pizza company. You know how to capture energy, edit with emotion, and share stories that make people hungry, and happy.

• Produce original, on‑brand content across Tik Tok, Instagram, Meta, Reddit, X, and emerging channels.
• Concept, film, and edit short‑form videos, Reels, and photos that drive engagement and growth.
• Capture authentic in‑store, product, and people‑focused moments that highlight Panago’s culture and community.
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align content with strategy, campaigns, and seasonal moments.

• Support collaborations with influencers, UGC creators, and partner brands, from creative ideation to execution.
• Coordinate and curate Employee‑Generated Content (EGC), empowering Panago team members to share their stories and celebrate their work.
• Assist with content shoots, scheduling, and cross‑functional projects.
• Create local digital content, requiring local and national travel for site‑based creative content. Travel is planned and could average 1‑2 trips per quarter.

• As part of the social team you could respond to comments, mentions, and DMs in an authentic, friendly, and on‑brand tone with the Social Media Manager.
• Identify opportunities for real‑time engagement and trend participation that align with Panago’s brand voice.
• Help track engagement and share learnings to inform future creative direction.

• 2–4 years of experience creating social media content for a brand or agency.
• Proven ability to shoot and edit high‑quality short‑form videos (Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts).
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Canva, or similar editing software.
• Strong photography and storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition and tone.
• Familiarity with social trends, memes, and pop culture, with intuition for what fits the brand.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging directly with fans and followers.
• Organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.

You are a natural storyteller who loves bringing creative ideas to life. You are curious, positive, and plugged into what’s happening online. You are equally comfortable behind a camera, in front of a pizza oven, or in the comments section. You believe that creativity connects people and that great pizza helps.
