3 Years Construction Experience

• Liaison between site staff, trades, suppliers and the company owner
• Responsible for running the entire crew and project
• Excellent understanding of framing, forming and finishing
• Excellent knowledge of industry standards and codes
• Ability to read, understand and convey construction plan information
• Have reliable transportation and tools

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be friendly and professional, and will be ready to run a construction site. As a member of our team, you will be taking on entire projects, delegating tasks, ordering supplies and seeing a project through to completion. You will have excellent employee and customer relation skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

You have an excellent knowledge of the construction industry related to home building, from start to finish.

This position will require that you are ready to be responsible for an entire crew and feel comfortable delegating tasks.
