1–2 years of recent experience as an Automotive Parts AdvisorPrevious dealership experience is a strong assetExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational and time‑management abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure with multiple deadlinesAble to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsValid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstractFluent in English (written and verbal)Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skillsProficient with MS Office, Outlook, and comfortable learning dealership systemsSchedule: Full‑Time;
Tuesday to Saturday
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Assist internal and external customers efficiently and professionally at the parts counterRecommend and promote parts, accessories, and current specialsMaintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and according to policySupport Service Advisors by providing accurate parts information and labour estimates when requiredCoordinate with Service and Sales teams to ensure timely delivery of partsProcess payments from retail customers as neededStock inventory, maintain a clean and organized parts department, and assist with inventory countsStay current on Volkswagen product knowledge, warranty procedures, and parts updatesCommunicate clearly regarding delays, backorders, or delivery timelinesPerform other duties as assigned by ManagementApply Now and take the next step in your career!
