Receptionist – Fraserway RV, Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada
We are hiring a Receptionist available on weekdays and weekends to serve as the first point of contact at our dealership. The role involves welcoming guests, handling phone calls and emails, Bayern maintaining the reception area, and supporting the Sales Manager and General Manager with administrative tasks.
Position OverviewThis role requires multitasking in a fast‑paced environment and staying organized while handling multiple priorities. You will maintain the showroom and customer lounge as clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
Responsibilities=centerstores- Manage the reception area and greet visitors—including customers, couriers, and appointment attendees—with a warm, professional welcome.
- Oversee phone calls, emails, and scheduling of appointments.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of the showroom and customer lounge.
- Enter customer information and provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and General Manager.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort using online systems and tools (CRM, email, inventory logs, MS Office).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
