Aufgaben bereich
- Auftragserfassung bis zum weltweiten Versand der Produkte
- Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferpapieren mittels ERP-System
- Erstellung von exportrelevanten Dokumenten wie Ursprungszeugnisse
- Überwachung und Troubleshooting der vereinbarten Liefertermine
- Koordination der internationalen Versandabwicklung mit Logistikpartnern
- Sicherstellung der Verpackungsvorschriften nach internen Standards
- Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und Geschäftspartnern

- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Export
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Exportbereich erforderlich
- Erfahrung in internationaler Kundenauftragsabwicklung
- Kundenorientierte, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in SAP-Systemen für Auftragsabwicklung
- Erfahrung mit exportrelevanten Dokumenten und Zertifikaten
